My sweet bestie Addie and I are kicking off our Thursday with lots of thankfulness!
If you are anything like me you know how hectic life can be. Sometimes I lose sight of the many blessings, big and small, that fill my life with so much joy everyday.
I love Thankful Thursday because it forces me to reflect on the many positives throughout the week and allows me to truly be thankful for the beauty amongst life's craziness.
Here are just a few of the things that I am thankful for this week:
1. My friends & Their accomplishments
I know I have said it before, but I really hit the best friend jackpot, folks. My friends are gorgeous on the outside, but even more beautiful on the inside. Each of them are talented beyond measure and truly do make this world a brighter place.
Today, I am extra thankful for my sweet roommate Katie.
She has the sweetest heart in the entire world. This week Katie is headed to Alabama to interview for Physical Therapy school. I can't think of anyone more deserving than Katie. When I am crippled and gray, Katie is going to be my go to girl. So thankful for her and so excited to see how she impacts those around her dominating in the physical therapy world!
2. Hillsong Pandora Station
I have a HUGE obsession with Hillsong Pandora station. I am so thankful the uplifting and encouraging music that adds so much positivity to my life.
Here are some of my favorite Christian songs this week that I am especially thankful for:
1. I am Not Alone by Kari JObe
2. Come As You Are by Crowder
3. How Can It Be by Lauren Daigle
4. Lord I'm Ready Now by Plumb
5. He Knows My Name by Francesca Battistelli
6. Completely by Among The Thirsty
7. King of My Heart by Love & The Outcome
8. Made New by Lincoln Brewster
9. Fix My Eyes by For King & Country
10. Thrive by Casting Crowns
3. Yummy food that keeps my belly full
This is one that I REALLY take for granted. Goodness gracious, I can be quite the picky eater and I also have a tendency to get a little cranky when I am just the slightest bit hungry.
I truly am so fortunate to have access to food 24/7.
There are over 805 million people in the world who are malnourished.
Just some food for thought.

I honestly cannot even wrap my head around this. It breaks my heart. I am so thankful and blessed to always having a full, overstuffed belly.
4. Nail Painting Parties
I am thankful for girl time with some of my favorite ladies. After a long week, it was glorious to sit relax and have some quality catch up time while painting nails.
Remember how I said that my friends are really talented? Well here is another example of how talented my dear friend Madi is at painting nails.
5. The Power of Nasal Decongestant and a fiancé whose going to be a pharmacist
I am not trying to throw a pity party for myself, I am simply just stating that last week I looked like a bus hit me, shifted into reverse, hit me again, and then put her back in drive, and hit me again.

And if that image is too gory for you, just picture Rudolph the Red Nose reindeer and you'll have a nice little visual of what I was rocking last week.
A nose that was as bright red as it could be. I have to contribute the red nose to the fact that I am a poor college student and carried around a roll of toliet paper to blow my nose with. Some battles are worth fighting, and going out in zero degree weather was not worth another box of tissues at the time.
Do I regret it now? Certainly so.
However, I have the sweetest fiancé in the entire world. He brought me an assortment of medicine along with a list of when to take each medicine. He's in pharmacy school, so I guess I should trust his judgement, right?
In all honesty, I am so incredibly THANKFUL for this man.
What are you thankful for today?
Oh Mads! this is too perfect. I also struggle with Hanger from time to time. And seriously I can not get over Madi's nail painting abilities!
