A few years ago I got a camera for Christmas with high hopes of someday becoming a photographer. I have lots of visions of "someday becoming a..." and never following through. But I convinced myself that I really was going to stick to photography, even if it just became one of my hobbies.
360 days later I had snapped about two photos and the dream slowly died. Shocking I know.
It wasn't until this summer when Macie demanded that I try taking some of her senior pictures. For those of you that don't know Macie you are probably thinking demanded is such a strong word, but I promise you, she demanded. & for some unknown reason she has the ability to terrify me 99.9% of the time ;), so her wish was my command.
I think it literally took me longer to locate my camera then it did to actually take these photos. I am telling you people, I completely abandoned the thing for over a year.
6 months later, I finally got around to editing some of the pictures & attempted to brand myself to make it look like I actually knew what I was doing.
Anyways, here is a little preview of some of the photos I snapped of her over the summer.
Happy Monday, Friends! Have a great day!
you look like you've been a professional photography for years! Beautiful pictures of Macie!
